December 30, 2011 (Sarasota, FL)—Digital Frontiers Media (DFM) has begun a new program aimed at helping returning vets who need help creating a web presence for their new businesses. Websites for Warriors, created by DFM President Stephen Barker, creates the website and provides a year of hosting, both free of charge.
“For the brave men and women of our armed forces, today’s marketplace can also be a battlefield,” says Barker. “Websites for Warriors is designed to equip them to succeed once their tour of duty is over.”
The Sarasota-based media firm plans to assist two vets per year with their web presence, expanding the program contingent upon response and resources. Military personnel who would like more information or who would like be considered for the program may contact DFM at [email protected] to complete an online questionnaire.
